When I was brought onto the creative team at Eaze, the team had just finalized an updated brand refresh. My first priority was to bring these initial guidelines to life, through creating design systems for web, social, advertising, merch, email, packaging and everything in between. In addition to how these pieces would look when executed, I also lead strategy and design on announcing the rebrand. We led SMS campaigns with the new brand imagery, resulting in significantly higher CTR and purchase rates. I also lead strategy and brand for a campaign announcing our new feature, scheduled delivery. Another top channel focus I lead design on was Eaze’s white label products. Part of our creative strategy was to let these feel like their own brand, which included custom packaging and imagery.
